Affordable Health Care Comes With Big Price Tag

President Obama is trying to keep the momentum behind his efforts to overhaul the nation's health care system. An estimate by the Congressional Budget Office this week suggested that current plans won't save the government any money.

The administration jumped into action on Friday and proposed ways to reduce federal spending further. NPR's Julie Rovner reports.
