Bernanke Wins Second Term As Fed Chief

The Senate has voted 70-30 to give Ben Bernanke a new four-year term as chairman of the Federal Reserve. President Barack Obama says he's gratified and looks forward to working with him in the days ahead.

David Wessel of The Wall Street Journal talks to Steve Inskeep about the Senate's vote, which was the smallest margin ever given to a chairman in the Fed's history.
