Elsa Dorlin is a professor of philosophy at the University of Paris I, Panthéon Sorbonne.
Her work centers on feminist philosophy gender studies and sexuality. Dorlin's research also focuses on slavery, colonialism and post-colonialism (with an emphasis on history of ideas and struggles, on black Diaspora movements and black feminism).
