In 'New York,' Wan Anecdotes For Urbanites

The latest installment in the "Cities of Love" anthology series, New York, I Love You strings together a motley set of short films all set in the Big Apple.

Despite an effort to create one story from many — and despite the passionate attachment suggested in the omnibus's title — critic Scott Tobias says the only thing these lackluster little films have in common is a general air of indifference.
