Lawyer: Phone Scheme A Stunt To Embarrass Senator

The lawyer for one of four men charged with trying to tamper with Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu's phones said the men were trying to record footage of her staff ignoring calls critical of her stance on health care reform.

Attorney J. Garrison Jordan denied the men were trying to disable or wiretap the phones in her office.
