Federal Court Tosses Lawsuit Over Health Reform

Senate Rejects House GOP Medicare Plan

Federal Judge: Health Care Overhaul Unconstitutional

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson sided with 26 states that have sued to block the law. His ruling Monday accepted without trial the states' argument that the new law violates people's rights by forcing them to buy health insurance by 2014 or face penalties.

The case is likely to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
