McCain And Kerry Present Libya Resolution

Senators John Kerry (D-MA) and John McCain (R-TX) introduced a resolution supporting U.S. military operations in Libya.

Although it proposes a one year time limit, it's a rebuke to Republicans and Democrats in the House who argue President Obama's military mission violates the War Powers Act.
