Tina Tchen Works With President To Empower Women

Tina Tchen, a veteran Chicago lawyer, recently debuted in the public sector as the Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement.

She is also the executive director of the White House Council on Women and Girls. Tchen talks about the function of her new role and how President Obama is using new tools to engage the public.
